These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SoulHash. By accessing or using SoulHash, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security and accurate profile information.
• You may not impersonate others or provide fraudulent identity data.

2) Service Scope

SoulHash provides AI-assisted compatibility recommendations and related tooling. Match outputs are advisory and do not guarantee social, romantic, or other outcomes.

3) Acceptable Use

• No harassment, abuse, stalking, or threats.
• No unlawful content, hate content, or non-consensual sexual content.
• No attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse system infrastructure.

4) Content & Licenses

You retain rights to content you submit, but grant SoulHash a limited license to process and store content for service delivery, safety, and quality improvement.

5) Safety & Moderation

We may review, limit, or remove content/accounts that violate policy or pose safety risk. We may suspend access to protect users, platform integrity, and legal compliance.

6) Fees & Tokens (if enabled)

Paid features (such as token-based usage) may be offered. Pricing, billing terms, and refund rules are presented at purchase time and may be updated prospectively.

7) Disclaimer

SoulHash is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect recommendation accuracy, or suitability for a specific personal outcome.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoulHash is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

9) Termination

You may stop using SoulHash at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, abuse, legal obligations, or security concerns.

10) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

11) Governing Law

Governing law and dispute venue will be defined by operating entity and published legal details. If a provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
